Return & Refund Policy

At DADA Marine Inc., we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders for products that are in stock may be cancelled without charge, provided they have not yet shipped.

Orders for products that are not in stock, special-order products, supplier-sourced products, and pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

This fee covers payment processing charges, supplier charges, administrative costs, and order handling expenses.

Once an order has shipped or has been dispatched directly from a supplier to the customer, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

DADA Marine Inc. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been correctly supplied and delivered.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective.
  • The incorrect product was shipped due to an error by DADA Marine Inc.

3. Reporting a Claim

Any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)

4. Resolution

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, DADA Marine Inc. may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Provide replacement parts
  • Issue a full or partial refund

DADA Marine Inc. reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped:

  • Special-order products
  • Supplier-sourced products
  • Custom-made products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Non-stock products
  • Pre-orders
  • Products shipped directly from a supplier to the customer
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards

6. Shipping, Duties & Import Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges imposed by government authorities are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

DADA Marine Inc. reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
