- Returned in original packaging
- All parts and accessories included
- Proof of purchase required

4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for returning the product and may use the carrier of their choice.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipment.
DADA Marine Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Processing time: 5–10 business days.
6. Applicable Fees
Standard returns: 5% fee
Special orders: 25% fee

These fees cover transaction costs, logistics, and inventory handling.
7. Special Orders
Special orders may not be cancellable once confirmed.
Some items may be non-returnable depending on supplier policies.
8. Duties & Import Fees
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
These charges are imposed by government authorities and are never refunded to the merchant.

10. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
11. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

EU customers have a 14-day legal right to cancel their order.
